The Rest of the Bullrushes

I found it very difficult to wait patiently for John to finish the rest of our balustrade panels.

Fortunately, he didn't keep us long, and managed to coerce his brother and friend to help
lift the panels up onto the upstairs balcony.

John said he had a surprise for us - and he were thrilled to find we had
a dragonfly on two of the panels. They are a perfect complement to
the bullrush flowers and leaves.

I don't think I shall ever complain about climbing upstairs when I am always
greeted by the sight of John's craftmanship.

The rails up the stairs are also now in place.

A pair of very satisfied (perhaps I should almost say 'smug') customers!
